All young people part of the humanutopia Heroes team will:
- treat everybody with courtesy and respect
- treat everybody fairly and equally
- be punctual and presentable at all times
- be the best version of themselves
- be positive role models
- check emails twice a week
- regularly reflect on their own journey
- report safe guarding issues to Lead teacher/ Lead Hero
- allow all young people a platform to express themselves
- work with all young people
- attend all meetings unless you’ve let the Lead Heroes know
